- Please note that in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 59‑FZ of May 2, 2006 “On the Procedure for Considering Appeals from Citizens of the Russian Federation”, appeals submitted electronically that contain incomplete or inaccurate information about the sender, without indicating the surname, first name, patronymic, and full return postal address, will not be considered.
- Appeals regarding the preparation, commission, or committed unlawful acts will be forwarded, along with covering letters, to the competent law enforcement authorities for appropriate action.
- Written appeals containing obscene or offensive language, appeals threatening the life, health, or property of an official or their family members, as well as appeals whose text is illegible, will be left without substantive consideration. The authors of such messages will receive corresponding notifications.
- We kindly ask you to comply with the above legislative requirements, carefully fill in all the requested details, and clearly state the essence of your appeal.
- The text of the appeal must not exceed 10,000 characters. The use of HTML tags is not allowed in the message. Messages containing HTML tags will be automatically deleted.
- Appeals are considered within 30 days from the date of their registration. Based on the results of the review, a written response addressing the issues raised will be sent.
